All of us at Fothergill's Seeds genuinely care for our customers and strive to only send out the highest quality seeds to allow for the best rate of success possible. We understand that on occasion, things can go wrong. Please rest assured, we will always do our very best to put things right. Should you be dissatisfied for any reason, please reach out to our customer service department and we will gladly help find a resolution per our customer satisfaction guarantee.
Quality is our number one priority which is why we pride ourselves in offering a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. We are happy to guarantee that all our seeds will have a high germination levels and that our plants and products will arrive in good condition. We regret that we cannot replace or refund products affected by adverse weather conditions, pests or diseases, or offer compensation in the unlikely event of a seed mispack or germination failure.
Shipping & Delivery Information:
· If there are any concerns regarding a shipment upon delivery, please reach out to our customer service department within 5 business days of arrival. If items arrive damaged, please include an image for our team to review.
· If your tracking link emailed when shipped shows it was delivered with proof of delivery but the package is missing, it is the customers responsibility to contact the carrier to file a claim or to acquire more information.
· If tracking shows the package is lost or damaged in transit, please reach out to our customer service team for a proper solution.
· Confirmation emails are sent with all orders. It is the customers responsibility to verify all information is correct. If any changes need to be made regarding the order and/or shipping address, please contact our customer service department before the order ships to make any adjustments. Once the order ships, changes cannot be made to the order and Mr. Fothergill’s will not be held liable for reshipment of the order.
Order Cancellations and Returns
· We'd hate for you to cancel and order but if a cancellation is necessary, please contact our customer service department with the order number. Orders can be cancelled at any time before it has shipped from our facility. A full refund can be provided at that time, no questions asked. If a cancellation requests is made after tracking information has been provided, we will no longer be able to accommodate the request.
· If you changed your mind and wish to return items to our facility, returns must be postmarked within 10 days of delivery date and customer is responsible for providing the return label.
